He’s always in a hurry when he comes in to see you. You don’t have much time to explain your issues. I’ve asked for tests to be done and he doesn’t follow through with every thing. I’ve had other professional send referals and he doesn’t follow through with their requests. It’s says he focuses on chronic pain management, stress, lifestyle conseling and sleep. He hasn’t helped me with any of it. I have in there crying begging for help and don’t get much response from him. He has told me I have to many issues and he hopes my stress gets better. I,ve been completely disppointed for 2 years now struggling to get help. He has got me into specialist, but we haven’t addressed the major issues and he never seems to know about the all information from other professionals. He’s never prepared for my appointment, most of the time he is reading through the files and I don’t get to say much because he’s ready to leave. Very fustrating. It actually gives me alot of anxiety when I go because I know it will be rushed and I don’t feel any compassion from him. I’m not a person that goes to the doctors all the time, but now that my health hasn’t been good I have to and it feels hopeless.
He’s always in a hurry when he comes in to see you and he never allows you to explain your concerns that you came in for. I’ve asked for tests to be done and he doesn’t follow through with anything or brushes it off and says nothings wrong. I’ve had other professional send referrals and he doesn’t follow through with their requests and their office has told me more than once that it’s not his responsibility it’s mine.. who’s the professional here? It feels like I’m better off asking google what my issues are because I diagnosed myself with something and went in and was confirmed and he said he couldn’t pronounce it. He hasn’t helped me with anything frankly or my father. I went in crying one day and all he cares about is if you have insurance and if not he won’t recommend because it’s “expensive” for therapy, treatment, etc. He has literally laughed in my face and in my father’s, how is that professional? I,ve been completely disappointed for 2 years now struggling to get help. He has sent me for blood work to check my iron so many times just because and he never seems to know about the information. He’s never prepared for my appointment, most of the time he is reading through the files and I don’t get to say much because he’s ready to walk back out, he’s always on the edge of his seat. It actually gives me alot of anxiety when I go because I know I won’t get anywhere with him. Lastly, I complained to him countless times about not being able to hear, it was bothering me I requested help, cleaning, checks to be sent somewhere etc, a year and a half later I had just about enough and sent myself to a hearing clinic where they informed me I have trauma to my ear and have mild hearing loss and my family doctor is responsible to send me to en ENT, he never contacted me for 2 months, I had to force my way into an appointment because the front desk ladies didn’t help either and when I got in my appointment was only 2 mins long and I had to take work off and I haven’t heard from them since and he didn’t give me ANY information about where he’s sending me. Very upsetting.
