Dr Giannopolous himself is great, but getting appointments scheduled and done punctually is a struggle that I would like to transfer. I called his receptionist (someone relatively new I think) to book an appointment two weeks ago and I took the day off work. Luckily I called before I left the house to confirm the time, and she said no appointment was booked for me!! No apologies or sympathy. She mentioned that the bookings are manually entered by SOMEONE else in 2-4 days, so of course some information might get lost!! The next appointment available is 2 weeks away, after already waiting 2 weeks for this one. Everytime I go for an appointment, they are always significantly running behind (30mins at least to 50mins). My husband’s doctor never has any of these logistical issues, so will be requesting a transfer which is a pity because Dr Giannopolous himself has been a good doctor to work with.
