For a young doctor you would think she would be up to date with how your results are given to her. She says she does nothing online, so all of your lab results are all mailed to her. Resulting in an even longer wait time to see her. She also does not believe in faxing your requisition to a lab or to you directly, but apparently anybody can pick up the requisition for you. So if that had anything to do with confidentiality, well, that’s out the window. Never mind if you have an urgent issue, she could probably see you 3 weeks to a month later, and it’s common practice for them to say to go to the emergency room at the hospital or go to a walk-in clinic. A person can walk away feeling like a burden, and that your issues are all irrelevant to her because she doesn’t make you feel like you’re an important patient. She wants you to run around in circles and then not see her anyway. She likely gets paid when you have to go to the office to go pick up your requisition.
