Very disappointing experience. The appointment felt rushed from the beginning, and I was repeatedly reminded about the time limit instead of being given reasonable time to discuss my health concerns. I felt discouraged from asking questions and did not feel listened to as a patient. The interaction came across as overly business-focused rather than patient-centered care. I understand clinics are busy, but communication, patience, and basic respect should still be part of medical care.
I question why Dr Chin chose family medicine. From the first appointment she was dismissive, cold and appeared to not be taking in the information to make a proper diagnosis. I’ve never felt such an utter lack of compassion from someone in the health care field. Multiple attempts to have my concerns addressed were waved off. After switching doctors I was diagnosed with a chronic disease, which if I had received the proper care from Dr Chin, would not have advanced to the levels it did.
Awful doctor. Doesn’t care to listen to any of your concerns and appears like she doesn’t even want to be there.
