Dr. Osayi is very attentive, caring, and compassionate doctor. He is knowledgeable and very professional in caring for his patients.
Dr. Osayi has been my GP for approximately 7 years. I have 7 chronic conditions, none of which have had any follow up. I’ve had one physical.
He denied me a legitimate exam because he was unaware of the proper protocol. He has left me without life saving medication. With 3 Neurological conditions he has never referred me to a Neurologist. I requested a referral to a Specialist, and after 5 years, I was notified that an appointment was available for the wrong body part, so it was canceled pending his correction.
I was scolded for taking 20 minutes, yet I had booked 2 back to back appointments. I require a GP in order to receive a life saving medication. I am so grateful for my Pharmacist, as Dr. Osayi left without faxing the renewal, and my life was endangered. I have felt intimidated from the beginning and still do. The College informed me that Doctors must take patients on a first come basis, yet he requires 2 interviews. I should have waited for a different Dr. but didn’t have that option, as my previous Dr. stopped filling my life saving medication. I don’t bother going, or asking for anything anymore. So happy for those of you who are happy with your care.
