AWC was aware of untruths and inconsistencies in your July 7, 2023 report and they should of sent it back for correction and some are: “He was called indicating that the CT scan was normal. Look at the Cat SCan as AWC on December 14m, 2022 diagnosis sprain before CT arrived at AWC on December 16, 2022.
