I would definitely recommend Dr. Ruan to anyone, as his good reputation as a Dr. and person, speaks for itself. He is our family Dr. and we are very happy to have him as our Dr. He is a very good, kind, compassionate and caring person, who goes the extra mile with undivided attention to all his patients, irrespective of who they are. I’ve heard patients come into the clinic and ask “is Dr. Ruan in”. I’ve also personally seen Dr. Ruan take in a patient, even if they walk into the clinic at closing time 7.00pm.
I remember my previous Dr. of 30 years, she has retired now, her receptionist would lock the door from the inside at 4:45pm, only to let patients out, as that walk-in clinic closed at 5.00pm.
