I would definitely recommend Dr. Ruan to anyone, as his good reputation as a Dr. and person, speaks for itself. He is our family Dr. and we are very happy to have him as our Dr. He is a very good, kind, compassionate and caring person, who goes the extra mile with undivided attention to all his patients, irrespective of who they are. I’ve heard patients come into the clinic and ask “is Dr. Ruan in”. I’ve also personally seen Dr. Ruan take in a patient, even if they walk into the clinic at closing time 7.00pm.
I remember my previous Dr. of 30 years, she has retired now, her receptionist would lock the door from the inside at 4:45pm, only to let patients out, as that walk-in clinic closed at 5.00pm.

Dr. Ruan has been an incredible doctor to me and my family. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, funny and always takes the time to truly listen and make you feel cared for. You never feel rushed during appointments, and he explains everything clearly and compassionately. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly professional and genuinely caring, and Dr. Ruan is exactly that. I’m very grateful for his support and dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physician.

Very knowledgeable, provide best advice, he cares give you time, answer questions concerns and all of this with the smile
He is the friendliest, most caring doctor I have ever met. He listens carefully and takes his time to explain the issue and proposed solution. He even asks after my children and their health, when they’re not with me. My son got a great recommendation for a burger place from him, which is now his favorite spot.
