Calling times for appointments are too limited. The secretary could be more polite. At times, she is too abrupt and does not attend to important details which is vital given that not all callers process language at the same pace for a variety of recess. Dr. Carter is extremely friendly which is lovely but as a doctor must take care not to become overly familiar allowing for the occasional uncomfortable comments about the body. She is, however, very attentive, warm and recommendable.
